Bronze buffalos
The two bronze buffalos were presents from the Manchurian court to the Japanese colonial governor, which were originally placed at the Yuanshan Shrine. The Japanese shrine was turned into the Taiwan Public Educational Hall after Taiwan's retrocession. In 1949, the bronze buffalos were given to the museum, together with the cannons.
