Prevention and Control Measures for COVID-19
1.Visitors are required to taking body temperature measurement and hand sanitizing before entering the museum, those with a temperature of 37.5°C or above may not enter the museum.
2.Please wear a mask during your visit and keep from others of at least 1.5 meters indoors and 1 meter outdoors.
3.Visitors are required to follow Contact-information-based Visiting Measures.
4.For those who need centralized isolation or quarantine, home-based isolation or quarantine, and under self-health management, please refrain from visiting.
To protect the Museum staff and visitors from exposure to and infection with SARS-CoV-2, the following measures will be implemented until 28th June, 2021:
1.Following the guidelines from the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), the visitor numbers will be restricted at each branch to 100.
2.All guided tour services will be temporarily suspended.
3.All touch devices and public drinking water fountains will be temporarily closed.
4.The following places will be temporarily closed:
Panoramic Building / Main Building
Nanmen Fairy Tale / Nanmen Branch
Taiwan, Our home Exhibition / Main Building
4.Steam Dream Works Exhibition / Railway Department Park
5.Physical events will NOT be available for the moment.
6.Please follow the museum’s official website and social media platforms for the most updated information of virtual or non-physical events.
7.The prevention measures will be updated with the policies and public announcements from the CECC.
